The Roosevelt Building
Located on W. 7th it has become home to many individuals, celebrities and businesses. Originally built in 1927, the building is registered as a historical landmark. With 222 newly converted lofts featuring single and multi-level floor plans, the building is perfect for a beautiful office space or residence. The exterior of the building is still an ode to its original historic design, while the interior is outfitted with modern amenities.
