Philippe Chow, the legendary Hong Kong Chef and restauranteur, will open his newest eatery, Philippe West Hollywood later this month. Located at 8284 Melrose Avenue in the former Dolce space, Philippe will offer an entire range of signature Chinese menu items and cocktails in a sophisticated, star-studded atmosphere.
