Anne Heche Final Ultimatum

Anne Heche and James Tupper may soon be over. Anne has given her co -star of Men in Trees James, a long awaited ultimatum. Divorce your wife or were done! The Couple have been together since his separation from his wife, of five years , Katherine Mayfield in 2006. The ultimatum is due to Anne expectancy of their first child this summer. Anne is afraid of giving birth to their son,  while the father is still married to another women. 
 
An insider tells Star, " She wants it finalized... Anne has told him that it's gone on long enough ." Understandably, Anne is just finishing her custody  battle with her ex-Coley Laffon and does not want to have another issue on her hands. The source also shares," She knows how hard it is to get through a divorce, because she's done it herself. But she can't understand why it's taking James so long to get his act together!" 
 
Should Anne have given James an ultimatum or should she just wait it out?
