Britney Spears and her father Jamie Spears have obtained another restraining order against the pop stars former manager Sam Lutfi. Sam is also close friends with Spears ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and Attorney Jon Early. All whom , court documents claim, are trying to get control over Britney's affairs.
This restraining order , released Friday, forbids Sam and Adnanfrom coming in contact with Ms. Spears, her family or her property within 250 yards. Mr. Spears and the family attorney Andrew Wallet, filed documents stating, "that [Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley] are working in concert to disrupt the [now-permanent] conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being."
The court documents also claims that Lutfi has made several attempts to contact Ms. Spears through her hairdresser and her father via text messages and anonymous threatening letters. In early 2008, Britney's father and Attorney Wallet was named permanent co-conservators of her affairs, following her two forced hospitalization.
