The long awaited dispute over the late Heath Ledger's life insurance policy has now been settled.

Relia Star Life insurance company has been stalling the $10 million dollar life insurance policy due to there question of whether the Ledgers death was accidental or suicide. Although Heath Ledgers death was ruled out as accidental, the insurance company continued to maintain that Ledger lied on his insurance questionnaire about his use of illegal drug use.

Nevertheless, the lawsuit between Relia Star Insurance company and the lawyer representing Matila Rose; the daughter of Heath Ledger, has now been settled. The details of the settlement is held as confidential.
