The Academy of Motion Pictures of Arts and Science filed a lawsuit monday in the Federal District Court claiming that McMurry Inc. and individual associated with them, are selling tickets to the Oscars for $175,000 EACH. The Academy is worried that people buying these tickets and are unaware that they are NOT OFFICIAL tickets and will be considered as trespassers.
The ticket package sold by McMurry Inc. and it's Magazine "6" Website are offering a seven day stay in a luxury LA hotel, sightseeing tour and the tickets to the Oscars..
