Ex-NBA player Charles Barkley is officially going to jail. 
 
Charles has just pleaded guilty to two counts of driving under the influence and running a stop sign in Scottsdale , Arizona on December 31.  He is sentenced to ten days in jail, but will only have to serve five days as long as he completes an alcohol education program. He is also required to pay a fine of $2,000. 
 
Although a gun was found in Charles's car the night of he arrest, no charges were filed. He will begin his sentence on March 21.

Where Charles will do his time is uncertain. If he serves his time in the notorious Arizona Tent City jail, his favorite color to wear will become pink. The self-proclaimed " Americas Toughest Sheriffs" required his inmates to wear pink and eat bologna sandwiches.
