As previously reported, Miley Cyrus has apologized for making a controversial slanted eye facial expression in a recent photo. Lucie Kim, a Los Angeles women, does not think " I am sorry" is enough.
Lucie has now filed a Class Action Lawsuit against Ms. Cyrus on behalf of the city's entire Asian Pacific Islander population, all of whom she claims are entitled to civil rights damages. She is suing for $4 million dollars in damages. Lucie also stated that Ms, Cyrus "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ," states the suit filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court and obtained by "specifically TMZ."
