As reported yesterday, Rihanna was taken to Cedar Sinai Medical Center after the altercation involving her and Chris Brown. The 20 year old R&B singer has just been released from the hospital and plans to take some much needed time for herself.
Rihanna has also postponed her sold out concert scheduled for this Friday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A spokesman for the show organizer Pineapple concerts said, "In light of recent events involving Rihanna, William Morris Agency will confirm within two weeks from now on a replacement date to be mutually agreed." The director also released a official statement,"We sincerely regret this unavoidable shift in schedule and apologize to the fans for any inconvenience caused."
